Event Terms.

These terms govern registration for and attendance at YFCon 2026 — BFCM Commerce Edition ("the Event"), held October 8–9, 2026 at the Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, CA, organized by FastMoss and its co-hosts ("the Organizers").

1. Registration & Passes

  • A pass admits one named attendee. Passes are non-sharable; badge swapping is prohibited.
  • Registration is confirmed once payment is completed. Early-bird pricing applies through September 1, 2026.
  • Attendees must be 18 or older to access the expo floor. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian holding the same pass tier.

2. Transfers & Refunds

  • Passes are fully transferable to another attendee until September 25, 2026 — contact info@FastMoss.com.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, and no later than 30 days before the Event.
  • If the Event is cancelled by the Organizers, registered attendees receive a full refund. If rescheduled, passes carry over automatically.

3. Photography & Recording Release

The Event is filmed and photographed. By attending, you grant the Organizers a non-exclusive right to use event photography and footage in which you may appear for promotional purposes. Creator content filmed at dedicated content zones remains the creator's own.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind is not tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
  • Follow venue safety instructions and staff directions at all times.
  • Unauthorized solicitation, distribution of materials, or suitcasing outside contracted exhibit space is prohibited.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Organizers are not liable for personal property loss or damage at the venue. Attendance is at your own risk. The Organizers' aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for your pass.

6. Sponsors & Exhibitors

Sponsorship and exhibit packages are governed by a separate sponsorship agreement issued with the invoice. Inquiry submissions through this site are not binding commitments by either party.
