• Registration: name, email, phone (optional), attendee type, and — for creators — your TikTok handle; for companies — company name and role.
• Sponsorship inquiries: company details, contact information, selected packages, and budget range.
• Updates list: your email address.

2. How We Use It

• To process registrations and issue event passes and QR codes.
• To respond to sponsorship inquiries.
• To send event updates you opted into (speaker announcements, agenda, hotel block, pricing reminders). Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. Where It Lives

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms (our website host) and accessed only by the YFCon organizing team. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the Event (e.g., badge printing, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations.

4. Creator Verification

If you provide a TikTok handle for Matchmaking Zone verification, we review publicly available creator metrics (e.g., level, sales history) via FastMoss analytics to confirm eligibility. We do not access your private account data.

5. Your Choices

• Unsubscribe from updates at any time via the link in any email.

• California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This site currently uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Standard server logs (IP, user agent) are retained by our host for security and reliability.
